About Our Method

  • We strongly believe that what you can measure, you can change.

    We pull available data, and consider it all through the perspective of your customer.

    We’ll draw insights and recommendations based on this - not our instincts or “gut” feel.

  • Every business is unique and at a different stage of the journey. We can meet your business where you are, with the resources you have. Our tools aren’t applicable only once you hit a certain size or have a certain technology stack.

  • We want to enable your business for long-term growth through the deployment of our tools. We include elements like Change Management to ensure adoption of the tool. We are generally available for 60 days after we finish an engagement for check-in conversations and support.

  • We often see challenges such as unclear competitive insights, customer acquisition and retention and keeping up with market challenges. Small teams are also often responsible for executing across broad areas of expertise.

  • We will evaluate available resources and most impactful actions. Putting together a recommendation and roadmap that feels reasonable. We often find that impact from one engagement helps fund future engagements as well.

Build

  • Typically, organizations who are in the growth phase have been growing well, but are still resource constrained. We will often focus on customer retention and loyalty, brand development and impact and data management strategies.

  • We typically guide clients to focus on how process can help constrained teams achieve more, with less. Frameworks such as brand strategy, measurement and management, or customer experience are key areas our customers find value.

Grow

  • Clients at this stage are relatively sophisticated with large commercial teams. Customer experience, brand loyalty, and technology/AI implementation are where customers are typically able to find value and achieve more at scale

  • By visiting customers and associates, analyzing customer experiences, and using value stream maps and data, we can identify the key areas where you can make the most significant impact. Often times, a multi-pronged approach, because of the inter-connected nature of the commercial organization, will reap the biggest rewards.
